My name is Nicola Salerno, and I represent the third generation of a family dedicated to olive cultivation in Puglia, Southern Italy. My grandfather worked his entire life as a massaro for the family of Baron Frisari, caring for the olive groves with dedication, though the land was never his. My father, Antonio Salerno, continued this work with the same passion and discipline. Today, it is my turn. I have taken over the estate and continue their life's work as our own family business. We produce 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil from our own Coratina olives, without EU blends, fully traceable from tree to bottle.
